1:1 Consulting with Rodolphe

Hey! I coach a few talented professionals who are looking for a change.
You're in the right place if...
- You're a tenured tech professional (5+ years of experience).
- You've done great at work thus far.
- Instinct tells you that "What Got You Here May Not Get You There".
- You feel that there's more for you out there.
- You yearn for more time. More purpose. More impact. Ideally, all three.
- You want less office politics. Less calls. And no golden-handcuffs.
- You're open minded and motivated.
- You've set aside a coaching budget.

Why I coach
After college, I joined Google. I was over the moon!
The best way to describe my experience was... "Disneyland for geeks".
I mean, they gave us lava lamps. And LEGO sets qualified as business expenses.

I learned a lot. Then I started asking questions, such as:
- Why commute to an office to Slack the person next to you?
- Why should ALL senior employees become managers?
- Why only work for ONE company at a time?
- Why so much politics?
- ...why meetings?
Dear tech companies,

Most developers don't want to become managers 🤷♂️🤷♀️
If you can't show a path for "Senior Individual Contributors", they will leave 👋
One of my many rants
I didn't get it.
Tech company said they were disruptive.
But many of them operated like dinosaurs.

Today, I live in France where I work on Remotive.
Est. 2014, we helped millions of tech professionals gain more flexibility.
What started off as a side project became a profitable company.
I've bought and sold millions of dollars worth of services to companies of all sizes.
I've been an employee, a consultant and a business owner.
This gives me an interesting perspective on Tech:
What I enjoy most is to help people progress in their journey.
